I fell in love with these purses while travelling in Cambodia, I had never seen anything like them. The colors, styles and workmanship are amazing. Women take the grass from the Mekong River and dye the color before weaving large mats (6ft x 8ft) on looms under their homes. All work is done in villages, not a factory, with each village specializing in different steps of production such as dying the grass, weaving, cutting the mats into pieces, sewing the purses together, and making the straps and handles. They are lightweight and sturdy, and each style has it's own characteristics. If you are like me, it will be hard to choose only one; I bought 7 in the market before it dawned on me, "How will I get all these home!?"

Half Moon: The half moon unzips from one side to the other making it so easy to get into. It has 2 phone holders and 1 pen holder sewn into on side, a zipper pocket on the other side and a zippered pocket the length of the purse in the middle. The straps are braided and it tapers toward the top making it easy and comfortable under the arm when carrying.

The Clamshell: Like the Half Moon, the style also unzips from one side to the other, has 2 phone holders and 1 pen holder sewn into the side, a zippered pocket sewn into the other side and a middle zippered pocket the length of the purse. The straps are braided and it tapers toward the top making it easy and comfortable under the arm when carrying.

The Kim Ang: This purse is just too cute and comes in two sizes, small and medium. It zippers across the top and has two braided handles which are attached by clasped hooks. This feature makes it possible for you to have the shorter handles to carry under your arm, or you may unhook the clasps, putting the ends together to make one longer strap. Also, inside there are 2 phone holders and 1 pen holder sewn into one side and a zipper pocket sewen into the other side.

Sophon (or as I call it, The Bucket Purse)

This purse is for you ladies that just cannot survive each day without a large purse, and there are 3 sizes to choose from; Large, Medium, Small. I stairstepped them down in the picture to show they are about an inch apart in heighth and they are about an two inches bigger around in the bottom surface area. A unique feature to this purse is that it is sewn with a curve in the back to fit the hip and body and they cinch open and closed. Also they have an adjustable strap making it possible to carry on the shoulder or across the body. Inside there is lots of room and 2 phone holders and 1 pen holder sewn into the side.

These coinpurses are still one of my best finds and still one of my best sellers. So many uses, let us count the ways! These Lamb's Leather purses are also one of my best sellers. Soft and smooth as butter, these are a pleasure to carry and get into daily, but they are also tough and durable and will last you a long time. If you all have seen mine, which is 2 years old, you know what I mean, they don't scratch up and the strap is the same as well. They fold out to have the sides and bottom, as pictured below. There is also a pocket on the inside the full depth of the purse, a pocket on the outside, and the straps are adjustable. Always leave the original knot in the string, if you would like to shorten your strap, just move up the string and make another knot.
